🎬 A short skit: all hype in the meeting, a mess once it went live
A made-up little skit: in the meeting every pitch sounds amazing, the boss goes live, and it all falls apart. It is the reason we only count fully costed, checkable paper results.

- Scene 1 · Meeting room: Qi's team lead sits down with the five analysts.
Qi's team lead: “Meeting time! Who has a strategy that makes money?”
- Scene 2 · All hype: each pitch is wilder than the last, charts flying, confetti everywhere.
News & policy analyst: “Whales are buying. It can only go up!”
Technical analyst: “RSI divergence. A perfect short entry!”
Risk officer: “Risk? Fully under control. Drawdown never above 1%!”
Trader: “90% win rate! I could trade it with my eyes shut!”
Strategy researcher: “Backtest says +888% a year. This time is different!”
- Scene 3 · The boss decides: "OK, go live!" and slams the big red button.
- Scene 4 · The crash: fictional balance 100,000 → 1,337 skit coins, red candles all the way down, everyone stunned.
News & policy analyst: “…the whales were here to sell?”
Technical analyst: “Divergence… then more divergence.”
Risk officer: “Stop-loss? Whose job was the stop-loss?”
Trader: “Fees and slippage ate every cent of profit.”
Strategy researcher: “The backtest… forgot to subtract costs.”
- Scene 5 · The moral: However good it sounds, a strategy with no full costs and no trade-by-trade record is just a story. That's why we only count fully costed results you can check trade by trade. See our track record (paper trading, full costs) →
